Do Admin see keystrokes or commands?

DaraiusDaraius ShevatThe juror's taco spot
I remember one time Elostian was asking me if I was familiar with such and such a topic, and got his answer when I tried to find the relevant help file. So I'm wondering if I had had, for instance, an alias for pulling up help files would he have seen my alias (wipebutt), or the actual commands (help elostian; help lacostian; help elcyrion) ?
I used to make cakes.

Yeah.  Aliases are entirely client-side.  What they do is they interpret what you type in, and then send to the game what they are instructed to send in replacement of your coded text.

So he would have seen your HELP WHATEVER commands.

However, I imagine if you set up an internal in-game alias (SETALIAS), they would see the command you actually typed in (because that's the command that you are actually sending to the game, and thus the input they receive).  At that point though, they could just look up what you have the alias set to do.
