How old are these things?

Wondering how long a couple of places have been around, in terms of Lusternian history:

The library on Avechna's Peak.

The aetherplex.

Only been around since the Coming of Estarra? Built during the Holy Celestine Empire? Older? Anyone know?

The aetherplex has been here since the game started, so I don't think any of us regular players can answer it for you.

The world library opened up when libraries first came into the game iirc.

    The announce post says:
Penned by my hand on the 10th of Dvarsh, in the year 127 CE.

The aetherplex was built by gnomes, actually, if I do recall. (Well, a device sent by gnomes, and players poured jewels and powerstones into it, iirc)
I feel like we did that for the first aethership... I recall doing something like that, but it was after manses already existed.  I don't recall manses ever not existing.
