Does the entrance to Maeve's palace disappear under certain circumstances?

I'm at the right spot, in the trees above the terrace.  However, ENTER EXIT returns, "What do you wish to enter?"  As well as ENTER <insert whatever noun I can think to try>.

Is this something that happens normally?  The big-name people who would know currently aren't logged into Lusty, or are at least AFK.  I don't want to take IC action if it's something that happens normally, but just no one currently logged is aware of.

    I'm gonna leave this here anyway, because it happened.  But after spamming ENTER EXIT for five minutes, it randomly let me in.  Strange.

    It generally happens during off-peak for me. I think the Ephs/Admins are doing some testing when it disappears since I poked around the faethorn mobs and started yelling and it appeared afterwards. I noticed this since May.
