Think the general answer from looking over everyones answer is "moar stuff" to do. Whether thats more divine actually playing and talking to people, more bashing achievments or more pvp battlegrounds.

More divine jumping into mobs would be cool. Its such a small thing but is a massive deal and another thing on the "more stuff to do" list
A simple quick little assignment before hand can be really useful.You web them, You aeon them, You stun them, Everyone else spam damage.Side note: People have raised the issue of entry level cost for Lusternia. Its super high and I don't know how you can solve it but you are losing people to Imperian because they can get a fully trans'd out character there without paying a cent.

(There are other issues but if people had somethin…Lack of things to do.When you compare Lusternia to the other IRE games. The other IRE games have daily pvp and conflict events. Lusternia has weekly events.More stuff.Look at the population we had in game during the quiz and events vs most of the other time. 40-50 players on line when stuff is happening. 10-15 on a day where everyone knows nothing is going to happen.Tell newbies what to do in revolts and events. It helps a fair bit. Extra set of eyes watching shuffles is a big help.
Lack of stuff to do really is the crux of it. Once people have demigod and have purchased the powers they need the main things to do for the majority of the population is PVP and RP. (Bashing as well, some people do enjoy just bashing)
