Admitting it was a mistake at the very least would go a long way with a lot of people. Acknowledge errors and seek to avoid them in future. Right now people feel very ignored over the way this is being handled. Not great feeling PR wise.

A longer build up time would fix most of your issues with it. Instead of a massive burst being able to be done in the first 3 seconds. Delay the ticks further apart and extend its length. Theres a manse the shadowdancers have for this reason, ask IG and someone will show you the room you can nightkiss in.Shielding wont counter a succumb that can get you from full mana to a toad range in the space of a stun. Because you can't shield during stuns Yarith.Like new proposed numbers.

Thats fine for solo balance but not for group.
You can take hexes out of the mix and still get a 1 tick aboslve in group combat.The numbers I had on succumb from the report 1505 and the announce post related to it was it was giving 750+750 per mental affliction on the tick and doing 500 mental drain on hit. Are these outdated then?
