Yes, please whip up mini-systems! I definitely would like feedback to balance these two classes around each other. It's best to balance early before adding new skillsets. That said, I'd like to do a few more bard skills (or their tertiaries) to get …
I think Octave does something with some of the other skills (I forget what at this moment but it's not that much of an impact). It probably should do something more (or maybe get rid of it?). Open to suggestions.
It's very hard for me to write here because I am completely devastated with Iosai's departure. As everyone must know, we've relied on Iosai for a lot and the loss will be keenly felt. However, I know Iosai is following a dream and wish all the luck …
Er, how many times did I ask for dingbat ideas? I really really REALLY would like some fresh ideas for artifacts but, alas, the suggestions we got were mostly for manse items that produce flavor items or commodities which I didn't think would be muc…
Boy, there's a lot of conspiracy theories out there! Truth be told, I wanted more dingbat items before the promotion ends that weren't tied to manses or curios and that anyone could use. I thought items aimed mainly for bashing would be fun; thus, t…
Apparently, fire alarms went off in the datacenter that hosts IRE games and the fire department ordered them to shut off all electricity. There was no actual fire but they estimate 1-2 hours to power back all the servers.
There are three levels of monsters, though I don't think any of them specifically have the word "medium". You should be able to figure out which is which though!
I should clarify that the bait the monster steals is the one that's in the trap, i.e., not bait listed under "uses". Hope that makes sense and doesn't make things more confusing!

If you have the trap setup now, there should only be one bait left (it uses one as soon as it sets up). If the monster steals the bait, the trap will automatically reset and use a bait.
It's hard to extrapolate percentages from just a couple of tries. You could just be unlucky. My level 1 traps seem to be about a 90% success on small monsters (i.e., 2 in 20 escape).
Environments have nothing to do with the cookies; rather it is the trap type (physical, mystic, ghost) that determines the cookie. So it'd be (relatively) easy to do a ghost forest environment!
When we have the newbie speak on CT, that's when he/she is announced to the guild/city, i.e., we thought that the newbie had advanced far enough in the tour that it would be a good time to interact with them.
Okay, what I'm looking for now are temporary reward effects (like 6+ different types of varying degrees) which could be obtainable/farmable and that won't be considered feature creep that would impact combat (too much). I'm thinking of xp bonus, gol…
