The triple junction lotteries two years ago were a great gold sink month. Credit prices were far lower as people bought credits to sell for gold, and people had plenty of the various brews which helped a fair few people level up.

Would that be overall or just the flat damage increase/reduction ones? Because anything that's % chance can be balanced around low proc rates if you don't want the effect to be too powerful.
