I don't see how making everyone aware it's a bug gives players the option to abuse it, knowing if they ever use it, they're going to get issued, this post isn't a substitute for a bug report, nor is it a guide on "ok so this how to replicate it."I'd rather point out and go "Ok it's this bug, you know it's a bug, and now you know not to use it." There's no opportunity to feign ignorance now, and more people are aware it's a bug, so if someone does do it, others can also issue.
