The Hallifax city logs are completely oversaturated with cityfavour messages and writelogs about more favours owed. This obviously is the opposite of a problem, but it's so spammy and anxiety-inducing to look at all that text.

The demi+ of sileni is fairly redundant. We could improve the demigod perk to have a cooldown of 2 ig days. Demi+ should be something entirely different, imo.
