You don't /need/ a melder to counter a melder any more than you /need/ a bard to counter a bard. To be honest, I'm super ambivalent about the trueground-breaking possibility. For me, that's a really tough decision, at least.

Hemorrhaging as a mechanic is nil for group game balance until you heavily reduce the upfront bleed a monk can dish out. I thought that was the intent in the first place.
