Resonance is the one that stays on forever, since it lasts through logout and the Researcher can deactivate it to save charges (though of course spinning a new Resonance gem breaks the first). Bloodstone is weird and I hate it and want to envoy…That's weird. Usually the light fades after a short time, but then bloodstone just spins another light onto them a few seconds later. Getting away from the Researcher should get the blood light off after a few seconds.

Every Estar, each cartel gets 3 public slots and 3 cartel-specific slots they can use. But you're right in that you can't submit anything for Alchemy; however, a nice alternative might be in Cooking for you, since they design wines/whiskeys/etc. the…Yeah, that's fair Xenthos. We did call out to switch to hull, but maybe we didn't call loud enough.
Clearly aetherships need a conditional instakill, then!
Forgive me if it's wrong to say, but having a critical chair and grid should mean you're dead :P
edit: even if your empath was smart and supercharged the grid using one of the turrets for maximum turtle stance
There's something called the "willing suspension of disbelief" in all games, but especially roleplaying ones. Probably just need to take the good with the bad (or just not be caught in situations where you're being sapped).

So you just said that monks have been complained about for longer than succumb, but succumb already has a report in. You're contradicting yourself =S
