Rename Asthma to Empysema? That's lung damage from all sorts of different causes that affects your ability to breathe. Or is that too obscure a name? (I know quite a few who have it from various causes.)
There is something very vindictive that Nikka should do. She is at the point where she would do it.

Dwarves and rae'dae already have influencing bonuses at tier 3. How about giving all the weapon spec races a blanket boost to empowering. Maybe because people respect those races strength, so if they tell you you're cool, you believe them.

For dracnari, can thier their level one ability also allow then to (actively) light pipes? It would be sad if they lost that ability IMO.
