Titles of the Great Spirits are pretty interchangeable. There is convention on some spirits, but even so, it's not wrong to call him Brother Sun.

I've been guilty of calling people who have changed genders by the gender they were when I met them. I never really thought about it being hurtful. I shall try to do better though, and call people by the gender they wish to be.

Actually, lightning bugs were in Serenwilde before the guild got them as a 'We need a new attack skill.' They were just called fireflies, because they are. :P

IIRC the commune monk guilds were told that they had to be linked to the Astral sphere of their commune for very little reason except because. I think even the bull-named skills were either renamed or added very late in an attempt to make the guild …
