Well, perhaps Klangratch, known also as the Axe of War, preferred axes with speed over other stats, and thus, those sort of axes became synonymous with the Vernal God, and so even today are still called klangaxe.

All public forging designs can be seem by any forger. Only private cartel designs are hidden in the cartel.

If I have level 2 regen underground (from being illithoid) and level 2 regeneration in tainted areas (from being a lich) how much regen do I have in tainted underground areas? Level 3? Or just level 2?

Will less than 100 weight resistance tattoos do anything after the overhaul? I had been thinking of putting 50 weight in a couple of resistances, at the moment they'd give 5 DMP instead of 10. Or is this more a 'talk to you envoys' thing?
