I get air ikons for killing air critters, and Seren ikons for putting essence in the Moonhart. So I imagine they'd get the same - elemental ikons, and then city ikons.

I won a legendary ikon and I only came fifth alongside a bunch of other people.

The Souless Damage Buff one...forget it's name. I'll go look. But it's hard to get cause you have to do lots of souless-themed honours quests.
