Eh, if they're limited to local area, I don't see the problem. A delay on respawn, even if for a handful of minutes could probably abate the annoyingness factor though.
If we're really worried about it, we can make it so that they don't reset immediately after being kicked, but take a while to respawn into one's inventory. I don't see enough of an advantage to just looking into a room that I'd call this abuse.
