Yep, breathe plague (as in Urlife, Ascendent power) still works against Undead
As does Point Spike.
Also, if you are Undead from a Caco's song, you can charge and use your eyeblast, whether or not you are Magnagoran.

Just as a note, Necromancy does work against other liches, only Contagion doesn't work against Undead (which is a big deal for Cacophony
