I would guess that all(or most) named denizens are fated as well.

It seems silly that Magnagora is governed the exact same way as Hallifax and Serenwilde.

That would do a lot to help out guilds, having the ability to combine positions.
Please also do that for cities. Some of the ministers are just useless or can be so easily combined.

Just links a safe amount of astralmobs to come in and kill. So if you have a 20 person group, you don't actually link 3 times (because that's 60 mobs in 30 seconds, unsustainable) but links once and then unlinks.
