My pure and simple guess would be that they stack multiplicatively (?). So in your example, with all those denials, you'd end up with ~65% command denial (the odds of a command going through would be 60%*80%*90%*80%=~35%)

Normally, I wouldn't have an issue with letting you stay. However, in this case if we let you stay, someone else will randomly be killed off, and the odds of that being someone who is truly with us (unlike you, who can switch allegiances as you wish…Well, we're now less than 12 hours away from the end of the day, which means we either lynch someone we have control over, or we lose someone at random. Personally, I much prefer to lose someone specific, rather than someone at random, and for that …That is extraordinarily interesting. Do you have any information on the monsters then? How many? Who?
