Actually, enchantments would work with this system. It'd just be a different syntax of sorts. Instead of buying a ring with an enchantment, you'd "enchant <stuff> with <enchantment> from <plinth>".
Yeah. Something I've been missing is a newly-released area geared towards low- to mid-level people. It seems the majority of the new areas coming out are for 80+ or even demigods.
Source != Type. If it's Magic source, it's buffed by stuff that buffs magic source damage (off the top of my head, only that one artifact whose name escapes me). If it's magic type, it's buffed by stuff that buffs magic type damage (curios).

Limit it to your own summary, and I'm definitely on board with that. There might be cases where people might not want other people to peek at their power deposits/withdrawals. Power contests comes to mind.

Also, in case anyone's curious, after the internal affs are handled there will be 157 afflictions left (assuming my list of afflictions is correct, which it very well might not be). Of those, 72 starts with Amputated, Broken, Clot, Collapsed, Cracke…
Doesn't psi balances and normal balances work completely independently of eachother? As in, you can use normal attacks while off psi-balance? If so, a blanket "stratagem doesn't fire when off psi-balance" might not be great in all circumstances. I c…
