The audiobook is pretty nice as well. I used to have long drive, and I listened to it then.

I have the audiobook of Steelheart. I love Brandon Sanderson books in general. They're just SO DETAILED in an interesting way.

This is a science fiction short story. It involves curious AI and I enjoyed reading it.

    Webcomics I am currently reading:

    http://sssscomic.com/
Bit of a slow start with characters you never have pov with again. Totally worth it for the beyond amazing art, adorable characters, and world building. Updates a mind boggling four times a week.

    https://www.tigertigercomic.com/
Who doesn't love nautical stories with cross dressing and eldritch monsters from the deep? Lovely characters, lovely art, and love the world building!

    https://www.daughterofthelilies.com/
Not a DnD webcomic but definitely has some similar feels to your typical adventure party with lots of twist to keep you entertained. A+ world building, characters, and art!

    https://www.namesakecomic.com/
If you're a fan of twisty plots and fairy tales you'll probably like this one! Nice art, beautiful world building, and an amazing amount of awesome characters.

Supernatural with a side of horror. You'll be too busy cooing over adorable characters and dreading the next terrible thing being foreshadowed to stop reading. Amazing art, characters, and draws from a lot of different fables and myths.

    https://www.demonstreet.co/
What would you do if your whole street street suddenly went missing? Very nice art, very cute characters, and if world building isn't enough for you can I tempt you with a giant race of sentient ants?

    http://www.white-noise-comic.com/
Monsters, spirits, and humans oh my! Lots of fun things here, world building features things like non-human genders for non-human races which is always a plus for me. Characters are adorable, and the art is very nice.

I'm not even sure I have to introduce this one, it's that popular. Beautiful art that only improves throughout the story, amazing characters and jaw-dropping world building.

Edit: I can't believe I forgot this one!
    https://www.bicycleboy.net/
Just your everday cyborg going on adventures with his bike. Amazing art, lovely world building, and... I'm actually not sure what word to use to describe this cast of characters. Read to find out!

  • Warning: Some of these comics have swearing, gore, and nudity. Proceed at your own risk.

Bicycle boy, Tiger Tiger, and Stand still, stay silent being the main ones to watch out for.

Re-reading The Way of Kings (Brandon Sanderson) painfully slowly, because my children have turned me into the slow reader I hate being.

Have you read the Steelheart trilogy? The narrator character is adorkable, but it's about superheroes gone rogue in a gritty deconstruction(?) of the superhero fantasy genre. It's one of the few multi-book/story series of his that's not set in Cosmere, but it's a treat to read.

I have and I loved them! I actually listened to the first book on audio, when driving down to Tybee Island, and I'm terrible at paying attention to audiobooks. I made it through and bought the other two while I was on that vacation!

Bought that years ago, but I never had the courage to dive in past the first quarter or so. Everyone says great (and concerning) things, but to this day I just can't commit!

I've been slowly working my way through the complete fiction of H.P. Lovecraft.

So far, my favorites have been "The Music of Erich Zann", "The Case of Charles Dexter Ward", and "Ibid" (because it made me laugh).
Everiine is a man, and is very manly. This MAN before you is so manly you might as well just gender bend right now, cause he's the manliest man that you ever did see. His manly shape has spurned many women and girlyer men to boughs of fainting. He stands before you in a manly manerific typical man-like outfit which is covered in his manly motto: "I am a man!"

It was a bit daunting at the beginning for sure. I actually bought this on February/March and had left it at halfway during May when I had work stuff that made me busy. Only recently picked it back up, and the second half I found a much faster read (don't know if it's because it got easier to read or because I got used to the craziness, but a major part was that the plot gets super exciting at halfway!)

Coraline was sending me frantic updates via Discord DMs, since I've read the book ...3 times now? Definitely gets VERY. EXCITING. HALFWAY THROUGH. My favorite scary love story. Everyone should try reading it once. Heck when Cora finishes I might go give it a re-read myself...
