stable manse help

I have a stable in my manse, and I'd like for Zinnaella to use it, too. I have one other person using it with me, as well.

But for some reason, Zinnaella can't enroll her stag? Do I need to give permissions or something? It won't let me give manse room perms since it's a stable, too.
