Custom Zap

I've recently put together a custom zap, but I'm not seeing any way to submit it for review. Does this need to be done, or are we just supposed to leave it until it can be looked over?

    This should probably be written down somewhere, if that's the case!

    Reaffirming Xenthos' answer as correct - you must issue yourself for a custom zap to be reviewed.
