He is a noble merian and has the appearance of a two-headed dolphin with human-fists emerging from both of his mouths as well as two arms coming from his body where the pectoral fins normally would be. Each hand has a pair dolphin's eyes, and a snout made of the same texture as the hand emerging from the center of its palm. The dolphin parts are light blue on top and white on the bottom. It walks on two of the hands and uses the other two as upper limbs. He is wearing a plain grey tunic and plain grey trousers.
Someone care to explain what freak of nature this is?
