Mudlet wait commands

Another mudlet question, yay!  I want to create some timed triggers, but don't know the command to use in mudlet.  For example, I want to create an echo that happens 9 seconds after the trigger line shows up.  If there's a separate command for doing this with echoes and actions, both commands would be helpful.
