I would love the ability to search productions by director, org that submitted it, prestige winners, and maybe time (for example, STAGE LIST 15 could show productions 15 minutes or less in length).
STAGE EMOTE - similar to STAGE HECKLE, but something that would allow the audience to emote something recordable at the stage the other reactions don't allow for (dabbing at teary eyes!)
If the above isn't allowed because the stage only records noise from the audience and shouldn't record the physical actions from the audience itself, what about adding a few more canned options? For example, STAGE SNIFFLE (Moved to emotion, Lief sniffles loudly at the performance on stage), STAGE SOB (Wracked by emotion, Lief chokes out a sob from the audience), STAGE LAUGH (Lief laughs aloud at the stage. - a laugh track, filmed before a live studio audience!)
Another stage related ask: it'd be wonderful if all SAY-related verbs (LECTURE, MURMUR, RECITE, et cetera) could be done by actors on stage!

Configuring the date command to use your configured timezone when you are trying to figure out a date/time in game would be really helpful
maybe am misunderstanding, but isn't "config timezone" essentially what you are looking for?
I read Iawa's post as meaning this:
DATE 4 SHANTHIN 497
Lusternian date 4 Shanthin, year 497 at midnight would be 3/10/2018 at 17:00
DATE
Today is the 4th of Shanthin, 497 years after the Coming of Estarra. The phase of the moon is the
Waxing Gibbous.
In your world it is Saturday, the 10th of March, in the year 2018 GMT, and Saturday, the 10th of
March, in the year 2018 in your local timezone.
TIME
It is the middle of the night in Lusternia.
The phase of the moon is the Waxing Gibbous.
In your world, it is 2018/03/10 17:26:08 GMT and 2018/03/10 11:26:08 in your configured timezone.
See HELP GMT for an explanation of GMT.
I think he's asking to have the first example match the second/third examples, which it doesn't currently.

There have been a few times when I wanted to thank somebody on Team Godmin OOCly (Ianir, Charites, Estarra, Mortal Reviewers etc particularly - if it's a IG god I'll just make an offering) and am not quite sure what the mechanism is. I've sent messages in the past, but thanking them with inbox spam seems harsh. More to the point I sometimes want to express such thanks with more than just words. So I wonder if we could have a token artefact (I'm literally talking like 1cr) that could be bought and then marked for the individual (THANK IANIR) and then offered at an Altar of Thanks placed somewhere neutral in the Basin. Then when they log in they could just get a little OOC messages ("You have been thanked by players 10 times this week - Keep up the good work!"); perhaps if they want to know who thanked them there could be a syntax for doing so, but I'm not sure that that's needed or even necessarily desirable. Just a thought. I want Team Lusty to know that the little things that they do (or don't do: I'm honestly surprised the Charites haven't told me that I'm an effing moron yet) are appreciated, and I don't think that they should have to come to forums to get reminded of that. I know this has been argued about and probably suggested already, but Scroll of Laurels shouldn't hide enemy statuses. Right now, just to pick an example (sorry), I can't see if Yendor is an order enemy without consulting a big list - it should be readily available on honours for quick reference.
No, ORDER ENEMIES Y or ORDER ENEMIES YE/YEN/etc is not working.
I mean to be perfectly honest, most of the laurels out there are just there to troll people or forve actions/emotions on characters. I'd be fine just getting r id of them and refunding the players

ORDER ENEMIES YENDOR does work, for some reason you have to type out the full name. "DEM" gets me nothing but "DEMARTEL" gets me "Demartel. Total: 1"

Almost posted this in the "Leaving Lusternia" thread, but am putting it here instead so I don't derail:
Artisanals and bardics are hands down the best "free" way to earn credits. Please think about bringing this back sooner rather than later.
This will make larger quantities of credits more accessible for players with less disposable income. I definitely couldn't have justified buying elite a couple of years ago, and even now, I don't like to spend much more than elite if I can help it.
Even if the format of bardics is expected to change to something else, I'd ask that the admin at least create an email account or a simple portal that re-introduces the old version of bardics until they're ready to present the new format.
The difference between playing Lusternia with those contests and without is absolutely night and day for some players.
"Oh yeah, you're a naughty mayor, aren't you? Misfile that Form MA631-D. Comptroller Shevat's got a nice gemstone disc for you, but yer gonna have to beg for it."
Yep. Once players are "bought in", I bet they're more likely to actually buy in. This is the case with me, anyways: I won a bardic very shortly after starting a new character here years ago and decided to stick around.
How about a way to see aetherwill? or just combine it with willpower? I can only see my current ammount when locked into a module.
It shows up in GMCP under player.vitals.awp, so it isn't like there's a reason to keep it hidden. I would appreciate seeing a VITALS command or some such that just shows those things in a tiny concise table (that would of course be blank during blackout).
Beast saddles. Put them on a beast, they add an extra section to the description, just like hair curios do for players. Stick them in a trade skill or release them as curios.
Any sufficiently advanced pun is indistinguishable from comedy.
Let mobs follow you when beckoned if you've influenced them an accidentally lost them for a quest
Please BUG these per quest. It is something we try to do for all quests, but there are plenty of legacy ones that just don't live up to new/current user-friendliness in some spots. But it's something we need to manually do for each mob.

@Ianir, any chance of putting this in on SCORE where Willpower/Endurance currently is, given that they are mostly redundant, with the exception of throttling shouts since it drains endurance (or was it willpower?)? Or is that the kind of thing that would be several multitudes more trouble than it is worth? >_>
Never put passion before principle. Even if you win, you lose.
If olive oil comes from olives, where does baby oil come from?
If vegetarians eat vegetables, what do humanitarians eat?
Wasn't sure where to post this, but this seemed as good a place as any.
A new construct for each city(sorry communes) that can be erected on their corresponding elemental plane that disables all the weird environmental movement effects for that cities citizens.
Create new command called "sayto" which checks for the target in the room, and returns an error if they're not there.
If Ianir is in the room: say to Ianir I am a duck You say, "To Ianir I am a duck." sayto Ianir You say to Ianir, "I am a duck."
If Ianir isn't in the room: say to Ianir I am a duck You say, "To Ianir I am a duck." sayto Ianir I am a duck Nothing can be seen here by that name.
"Say to Mrak Good evening!" is simply the Lusty equivalent of something I do all the time, which is talk to a colleague who I think is in the room but isn't. It feels jarring when we read it, sure, but to our characters it's just a normal - if embarassing (or comedic) - everyday occurrence.
