Oh man. I have so many of these saved to my harddrive.I'll settle for 3 for now...Life has happened once again and I am spiralling downward. Delicious!And yeah I never thought about using eggplant or zucc…Sliced eggplant, pasta sauce, and cheese, all baked together.
