It would make pantographs awkward, slightly. Does the bonus apply to the furniture, or can only pantograph owners ANCHOR past 100%. And if that's the case, would it only be pantograph owners who are active artisans at the time?

Maybe Kata and swordpoisoning should work like that then? Though I always understood that it was better practice to just stack several poisons on the blade beforehand if it was going to be the same poison every attack?
