I think what you want from the first one is actually cheaper rezz (i.e. an alternative to prayer)? Phoenix is the equivalent to prayer/conglut, and the essence cost doesn't really translate, so it's a bit of a weird one to try and just copy across. …

An artifact which you can 'tune' to a particular affliction, which gives a % chance to resist that affliction (like Chaos karma blessing). May need to be restricted to post-overhaul afflictions for ease-of-coding.
