Here's the thing. If a quest carries so much baggage that the consequences of doing it far outweighs the reward, then it should be deleted because it's never going to be done, anyway. It's unnecessary bloatware for Lusternia.

All of that is pointless and needlessly complicated as long as QUEST RANKINGS exists.
Honestly, the QUEST <quest> RANKINGS is the worst because it makes it trivially easy to spot anyone who may be doing a controversial quest (eafs). Delete pls.
