  • (Quote) That point its an easy fix. You can put skills in a skillset that are monk or bard only. Even in a shared skillset.

EG look at the warrior specs and their guardian equivs. EG Shadowedge and such are in Night but not accessi…
  • As a rough concept warriors and monks are pretty similar already they share the same core mechanics roughly speaking.

Mages/druids while they share the same core mechanic of melding they are quite different in terms of how they go for kil…
  • That's a few good points Eso. It just brought something to mind. One thing that I notice a fair few other IRE games have is regular town hall meetings where everyone can talk to the admin sort of face to face. I think it really engenders a better le…

  • (Quote) I've spent time helping Serenwilde and Hallifax players understand their skillset build up and get kills with it. I'm always willing to help people understand their skillsets if they are having trouble with them. If you or anyone else…
  • I'm going to ignore the trolling and try and stay positive.

I'm having a great time with the influx of newbies we are getting and I'll do my best to keep them entertained and interactive. I see a future for the game and as long as we keep…

More a case of we are getting lots of new newbies in and now the negative people are gone hopefully we can retain them.
  • I know, I wish people would be better than they are but yea the worst offenders seem to have left so fingers crossed things improve.
  • (Quote) Eadei is making Institute work and getting kills with it.
  • There was a core of really toxic players that were involved in a lot of abuse on the discord server that have thankfully mostly retired. If we can just move past the old toxicity I think we can really see things improve.

  • I remember you ranting and shouting at me Keegan when you died to a toad and I pointed out you didn't use your healing scroll and if you'd have done that you wouldn't have died after I reviewed your logs.

I received private messages from …
  • (Quote) There was an envoy report put in and approved to give cloudberry tea timewarp and damage.

    Was implemented through in 2018-06-05

  • My TLDR version is a bleed rework wouldn't really require much work on any class except harbingers.

EDIT: It's why I said a special report on bleed and harbingers at the same time would let us work through any issues. Sure you'd need to c…

Yes the redcap can be used to feed the barghest but all that does is it means the bargest does a tiny damage attack instead of its dust or stun. I don't know if the ability was never really looked at after overhaul but its never…

Ok I'm done feeding the troll. Have a good day.

I demonstrated how a single moondancer can do 100% mana drain on a  high mana target in a 6 second window. I demonstrated how 2 moondancers can put your mana to 0% in under 3 seconds on the test server.

I mean give me a good team of Moondancers and it'll be rare to see me lose a fight ;)
  • If the admin are open to reworking bleed in a big way that opens a lot of doors to what we can do.
  • Just a concept on the idea of the bleeding rework.

    On the bleeding point.

Shadowdancers have redcap but their kill revolves around aeon locking really. If you wanted you could swap the redca…
  • (Quote) No worries. Just wanted to point out that I think you'd missed a few special reports since you'd sort of quit playing, The mag, Hallifax and Glom one which changed up how their stuffs works that you may not have factored into your rev…

No No what I'm saying is autocuring will not eat chervil to slow bleeding at all.

Autocuring will only eat chervil if its the sparkleherb. So no nature on chervil=autocuring will never ever eat chervil.
  • (Quote)
    Sure quick version is.

Twist costs 1 power does mana drain and builds the shadow. No afflictions or anything like it used to. At 4 or more twists the shadowdancer can unravel the shadow and the shadow will do 15% man…
  • (Quote)
Yea but autocuring wont do that.
  • (Quote)
Its a total rework of how it works. Twisting doesn't do any afflictions or hinder at all now. Its a good mechanic not disputing that I'm just pointing out you've not seen it and what your talking about in your original post was …

Also putting it on nature is a buff to autocuring users. AC doesn't do chervil for bleeding so for anyone who hasn't fixed up a system to use chervil putting chervil on nature is good for autocuring users but bad for more advanc…
  • (Quote) The org that has a herbalist who badgered Xenthos to do it because Chervil is a forest herb that I had over 10k sitting spare.
  • It sort of has 2 balances now. The sparkle balance and the chervil herb balance.

yea eatting it once will throw it off both balances though yep.
  • I'm always open to talking about changes and new ideas as long as people are actually willing to talk Shaddus. I really think that idea of yours has potential merit.

EDIT: Just in concept but bleeding is a pre overhaul mechanic stil…

I don't dislike that idea. If bleeding was on a scale and cured by dust aff's it would make building bleeding an easier task in a way but would separate it from mana.
