The Kryden Valik subquests aren't Soulless, they're helping aslaran. Quite quick too when you know what you're doing. The time consuming bit is influencing everyone.
I'd say something like a piece per hour's work is fair, I'd want them to…
Completed three more curio collections from a trip to the Cave of Chaos. Amazingly all three were in a row - one from a wheel spin and two from watching someone rub two of theirs. Twenty five more bits to go.
You can do this reasonably easily already, with mudlet anyway. I use my keypad for movement, so when I switch to controlling something else just swap out the keypad mappings to be 'order BLAH move east;order BLAH exits' etc.
Going places that other people don't seems to be the trick. Yesterday there seemed to be gnomes left for quite a bit after they dropped. Between Ironbeard and the gnomes I was really lucky and got a Diamond generator, Ashtorath, Rowenna, oolong tea,…
What about turning them into completed curios, so you can trade them, and still selling them as complete curios for dingbats. Basically just changing the type to allow trading without extra coding?
I think you've just got to run around everywhere as fast as you can, trying to guess which places have already been checked so you don't waste time, and make sure you see the gnomes when you come across one (I highlight them red and green - Christma…
I love that dolls are in presents. I've got the Necromentate and Alteira, who are awesome and interact, and the Diamond Generator which can be tossed in the Eternal Flame at regular intervals.
Astral's fine. I just tell them that they'll get hurt by the corruption so have to drop the cocoon fast. If you do it last they'll have the hang of it.
The unique/duplicates would be nice. Maybe have an option that gives an extra field that shows the number of each you have rather than listing all individually, and only show the first ikon number.
Don't the commodity stores have lockable doors anyway? Gaudi's does. If you really wanted to you could restrict access that way without complicated coding.
Off peak is a definite bonus here. I've done it on my phone in my lunch break for the last three days, camping areas with sparks like @Ragniliff suggests. …
I got a piece for my first five. Doing it on a phone isn't as bad as I expected, though I expect my technique has been honed over the years. in Thanksgiving "Quest" EventComment by DysNovember 2012
Why not just do the honours quests? That's a more 'efficient' way to get them.
I'm not a fighter but find being wary when on the planes exciting, like Alacardael says. People I've encountered have been reasonable and either warned me or just killed me once and left it, which is fine.
