Oh boy. Long dry spell! Have been doing really loose sketches and dealing with IRL but I had a rush of good brain/hand workies and so here are some of the fruits of them labors.

....and of course as soon as Gurashi's task was complete, they HAD to rush off to try and tell Mysrai what happened! But Mysrai wasn't home - ONLY THE BEST BEAR. But it turned into a very blessed playdate and a very endearing tae'dae-filled moment. …At long last! The Fates aligned and Gurashi got an opportunity to meet with Lantra and sing/plead Mysrai's case to Her for healing Beloved Aschwar...

I will be traveling out of town in a few days (first time by myself in over a decade), and so as I prepare to do so and am (hopefully weather permitting) doing so I will be scarce until the 25th! Be safe out there!I love when people use their creature companions for roleplay. Xenthos using Ilistala was one of my earliest influences, but there are many people I think of WITH their pets as opposed to separate from them (Alarin and Thaldorn being one of the firs…...surprise! I have been working on this for about a week, after many awful no-weeks of not being able to/having time to make art.

Was gifted a kelpie mask recently, and it was exactly the inspiration I needed to finally design a proper kelpie/merian!Gurashi.
