The Envoys have a way to trigger a log from behind-the-scenes, which contains a lot of raw data for narrowing down what's going on. Logs from the player-side are less useful for me, but thanks for offering.

Yes. When the games are shut down on Friday for the migration, data from the live (current) game will be moved to the new server, overwriting everything there.

Yes. There is no extra tracking on these items - you can use it anywhere, but it's still going to use your normal cooldown and consume the commodities spent on creating in - whether normal game, arena event, ascension, whatever.
