In game there's RANKINGS BARDIC and RANKINGS ARTISANAL, though they don't show the points, just the "score" (which only tells you the points to within four). I used to maintain a score sheet but I haven't in more than a year.

Maybe that should be bugged. There's no point in being able to chill a keg if the chill doesn't go with the substance, so either the fact that it doesn't is the bug (hopefully!), or the fact that you can chill a keg is a bug.

Racks also work for musical instruments, though we were never able to get the AB updated to reflect that.
Fountains produce cognac as well. There are a few other things whose names originally referred to a real-world place, though I can't think of them at the moment.
Just the GA and GM can, but they can give stage manager privileges to anyone, so there's a lot of flexibility.
