I think needing to learn the learning commands in general is important though, and having the achievements in place so that they need to learn the skills, use AB, and then use the commands themselves to take advantage of them might be worth it.

Speaking of obscure files, I remember having to dig for some of the information in HELP FORCLANLEADERS and having to be told it existed, back in the day.Unless I'm blind, FUNDS (by itself) isn't listed in CITY PRIVS, but will show you the full list of coffers and stuff.
