I'd like it if an org's librarian (but not his aides) always had editor powers over books that are archived in that library. Makes things easier when people forget to give you editor powers on their book before handing it off.

Deck of Cards:
Standard 52 card deck.
DECK DRAW PUBLIC: To spawn a card in the room that everyone can see.
DECK DRAW PRIVATE: Spawn a card in your inventory. Room knows that a card was drawn, but not which card.
Assuming that they work like city libraries, it's just the degree of classification. Can't view either of them without permission, but people with restricted access still can't view secret.
