Just to clarify something, not everyone has dismissed the original three orgs concept. Makai and a couple others did. I am for the original three orgs and have said as much, as have others.
I know everyone (Disclaimer: Not Everyone) hates Glomdoring, but 4 orgs is better than 3 orgs. 4 allows for 2vs2 alliances, 3 is just one org is always dogpiled, like it was in the first few years of Lusternia.

Moon Light should be a counter to Night Shadows in room. Hell make them have to gather a resource for it, I am pretty sure Moon users will not mind (cause nobody plays Moon)

Chaos and Death both blocking needed afflictions in a small pool of afflictions is a pain for many classes in orgs. Would prefer if they got changed to something that was not affliction blocking, but still thematic to their Seals

You should know basic game mechanics and have a general idea of how you'll need to do things as a guild/city leader before you contest. It is one of the few roles I will argue that roleplay and mechanics must be met in equal measure.
