I'm sorry to hijack this with baby things but I went and dressed her all by myself again and feeling very proud =D Mammy is doing loads better after a scarily high amount of blood loss.
So this beautiful thing arrived yesterday, amongst chaos, trauma and a blood transfusion to a very patched up mammy (and traumatized/exhausted daddy). She was completely oblivious and settled down to sleep almost straight away!
Things are finally happening on the baby front. Wife's waters went this morning. I don't think I even touched the floor whilst getting ready and half an hour later we were sat in the delivery suite getting monitored. Slow going now though....

I both hate and love you for this. My intrigue has led to me staring at this bloody thing for about 45 minutes straight whilst I am meant to be doing work! Thank you! in What are you playing?Comment by SnaithyJune 2014

This sounds very, very cool and an interesting way to tie in the game play to real life - like you're hacking your friends' games. Will definitely be giving this a go!

I went back to Skyrim a couple of weeks ago. Every time I say "I'll try something a bit new", yet as always I ended up back as an Archer/Sneak/Thief. I just love it too damn much (not enough to finish the main campaign though...…
Hrm, I transferred a couple of ic credits to an alt, so not wanting to break any rules I've went to go send them back and they've disappeared. Neither character has them. Now there is the possibility I've typod and sent them to someone random....it'…

My wife played Lego Marvel, but I wasn't really that drawn in by it. I did enjoy watching her occasionally as it was very funny in places, and now and again I joined in as Hulk just to run around smashing people - great fun! She…

About an hour after I ragequit, I gave it another go and we got a bit further this time. Will have to make sure we keep saving throughout, though the autosave seems pretty regular anyways. Very pleased with the game now!

Kale chips are so yummy, my wife made some (albeit with a bit too much salt) and I preferred them to the usual out-the-bag chips we usually have.

I started reading the Thomas Harris books a while back, but had just watched all of the films beforehand so felt I needed to put a little bit of time between them. As usual I never went back to them.
An incredible amount of people active at once + a Knighthood (WTF?) and some very productive chats with leadership on Squire tasks overhaul = Happy Happy Snaithy!

I picked this up a couple of years ago after being intrigued by the cover and the first few pages. Very good book, such a powerful subject but written wonderfully and in such an odd way as in from the viewpoint of Death. It carr…
My general absence will be coming up due to obtaining natural RL offspring. Hopefully I will still get the chance to log in now and then but mostly in an intensely sleep-deprived state as I come to terms with the concept of fatherhood in Absence ThreadComment by SnaithyJune 2014

I've made some hilarious boo boos like this.
Other times through plain stupidity. Saying "hi momma!" to a person as your main instead of your alt...seriously uncool. I resolved it by mashing my head into the…
The impossible task of deciding who is listed on GMEMBERS because they are actively waking up (in which case WOOO!) or if it is just because there is an election happening (BOOOO!).

Congratulations! They look fantastic. My wife has been setting up her Cakery business and it's such an incredible feeling when the orders start coming through, though she's having to juggle around work so it can be a bit stressf…
