This is hilarious. Yes, the South as all the best players. Praise be! Now we're just going to enjoy the villages, domoths, and bubbles that we have while we have them.
I didn't say getting a rise out of Southern players was the main, sole objective of absolves -- what I said was that, at the moment, getting the infuriated reactions from Southern players has probably become a nice plus to absolving.
Sure...but then a quarter of the posts on this thread is from you. :-?? And while a focus on combat is definitely a legitimate form of playing Lusternia, it's far from being the only one. Yes, I like combat from time to time. I love doing the maths…
tbh, I think a significant draw of absolving during this time is the inevitable rise it'll get from Cyndarin and Xenthos. Sort of like Synkarin tweeting during a wild nodes or whatnot.
IIRC, shield rune deflects more damage than a regular shield. Plus, you can attach it to anything wielded, so for example as a guardian you can attach it to your symbol and have that work as a shield as well as a weapon.
What Yarith means is that, whenever there is a fight during absolves, Team S always wins. There are just less combaty people who have experience/credits/interest in Team N than Team S.
What's the general consensus on melds, anyway? Is it still the old "demesnes should have less impact on group combat" or is it the reverse, now? Because the effectiveness of all meld bombs is definitely on the opposite end of that scale. I've hated …
IIRC, they switched to the figurine-esteem system because back then, each item of esteem could only hold...16,656 units (100%)? Something to that effect, really small. This meant that if you wanted to make large offerings, you had to also make a lar…
While we're on the topic, I don't think anyone will really fear AFK consequences considering said Mag has been caught multiple times and yet still managed to get back in the game.

There are people in this very discussion right now who have been known to AFK at the Prime nexus, and yet the flak still seems to fall mainly on Demartel. That seems highly partisan to me.
I think Catacombs tarot goes through anything (including perfectfifth). Fling catacombs, wait, touch <village>. Granted, it only works on main Prime. It's been a while since I've played a Tarot user in Lusternia, though.
make DIRECTORY <item> usable anywhere in a city or commune, including the price/shop location as usual. However, have it cost a short amount of balance (2s sounds reasonable?) if it's not done at the directory room itself.

See my above post! Druid is a pain to pin down. Also, meteor/storm is fire/magic. Beef up your resistances to those and you're golden against meteors.
