It seems to not be handling ablaze curing properly, or sunburn curing (it keeps trying to apply ice to body for both, which triggers a game error because Ice can't be applied to body).

I'm not a demigod (yet), but as someone who /really/ loves the RP aspect of things (and thus, wants all the customizable refinements), I think making the RP-related stuff (since a lot of people take those anyways) cost no weight but still cost essen…I like the no shouting law, though. If they take away things that make them a harmonious society (things that allow for wanton shouting, public drunkenness, general things that some people could deem "annoying"), they lose that uniquely Halli…Too much paperwork might be inefficient, but the right amount of laws to achieve a harmonious society wouldn't be.
My lucidian loves paperwork, by the way. She's definitely a beaurucrat.Ulie is, uh... Loud. And seems to have seriously questionable manners. I'm not sure if that's a quirk, but it's part of what defines her certainly. She also says "Oh yes." a lot, and emulates her mother Nienla.
