A notepad artifact that, once a weave, may be shaken to reset its ripped out pages. Shaking may or may not reset the writing on existing unripped pages, whatever's easiest. Papers already ripped from the notebook continue to exist.

Unfortunate. Thax was effectively a cop, though presumably at least one non-villain has or had the power to communicate or the power could have been simplified to a cop power.
