Announce Post #3107: Holiday Support Hours
Hi everybody,
The holiday season is upon us, and with that, we in the Havens are preparing to enjoy our own holidays, enact Solstice events and cheer, and prepare for a brand new year in 2021.
As such, starting Saturday, Dec 19 at Midnight GMT, we are shuttering all support (including issues) until January 1st, 2021. We will seek to have any customisation, pet, and dweller requests submitted before this deadline by Christmas. Anything submitted after, unless it is an emergency, will be responded to in 2021.
