Stupid Groundhogs
The zombie groundhogs are released in the Blasted Lands, I know how to put them back. What I don't know is how to get Theodorous to wake up and stop giving me this message.

Mumbling sleepily, Theodorous Rosefelt says, "Go soak your head...isn't time to get up yet..."
He won't accept the journal or do anything else to start the quest. And there is no hint whatsoever as to what to do to get him to that point. I remember something about honey, so I got him that, but he just ate it and went back to sleep. Obviously I'm missing something?
