  • For Hallifax specifically, I can see a few options.

    One, keep the guildhalls intact, allow entry based on what class you are, or just open them up. Add new precincts floating above the current ones to fit the new faction spires.

  • If reduces the effect of clotting slightly (I forget the specifics, but it's pretty negligible). Once you've clotted enough it goes away, else it'll stick around.
