I like the proposal in general. It's a much more proactive skillset, has more good interesting support options, some more offensive options and some limits on how good it is for personal healing. I might actually use Healing now.

Oracle lasts longer than that. It hits pretty slow though, every 17s.

Possible sources of paranoia in the fight:
Sapphire, Oracle, Aeromeld, Pyromeld, Starhymn thing, Phantom, Glamours, Minstrelry?, Moon tarot, poisons.
Probably some I missed.

I know people definitely make it a point to stick paranoia on enemy melders when they can. I didn't do it much personally here except through some passives. When I'm Tarot or got a good constellation setup I do it more.

Shedrin sounds a lot like Matrian Manhunter, in both voice and speech patterns. They're also both green.
There's been quite a few adaptations of the character, of course, but this is a quick example:
