This basically would mean that newbies would end up paying a few hundred credits at most while older people would be paying a few thousand for the same artifact.

I like all this, especially the passive gaining idea. I would like to see an ability that would somehow help families/houses grow for those are part of them and achieve at this level, if possible.

Whoever was possessing Jhairus, and probably Victor too. You really made this event a lot of fun for Shaddus, and the Full Skeletal Alchemy was an absolute blast. I hope to see this sort of prog/minigame again in future events.
Whoever made our new orclach geochemantics engineer. Seeing more and more mobs embrace the skillset/rp of geochem really brightens my day and makes me want to play Shaddus more. I am super stoked about him and hope he sticks around.
Double raves for @Kailanna, for putting up with Shaddus' shenanigans more than usual.
@Veldrin , who I underestimate on a daily basis.
@Arix, whose devotion to helping novices no matter what's going on, as well as menial tasks which help the city is a testimony to this guy's good naturedness and all around generosity.
@Thax , @Drocilla , @Raezon , and @RandomEphs or @RandomGods who might have helped with this. I'm rude pretty often, but I try to give credit where it's due, and you folks went out of your way to make this an interesting event. I'm not sure what you expected to do this weekend, but you kept us on our toes. I hope we kept you on your toes as well. Thank you all.

I'll mention this here as well -- it's interesting to consider the fact that different parts of Lusternia's playerbase likely reads the game's text in their native accent, in their mental voice. That your character might sound British or North American, maybe Southern (USA-wise), or with a number of other accents, depending on who's reading what they say.
