Re: Project Quest
The latter has been fixed while the former is on the to-do. At this point, any quest that comes with an honour line is something we don't need requests for anymore because the list of remaining honours (unattached to quests in the system) is something we have tracked down and put on the immediate to-do for that project.
It's happening slowly, unfortunately, and sometimes with a lot of cursing about the design of some of the older quests, but it's happening. We're down 50 out of 118 at this point - of those that we had on the agenda as necessary to be added. Undoubtedly there's about 30+ more that could use being added - smaller quests, the so-called pockets, or quests inside orgs - but that can happen on a request basis if we miss them. All honours will make it into the system, no doubts about it!

I've been sick with whatever it may be, I started my job at a school. And I've been battling it since mid-March. I'm not in the hospital, but all the stress has led to me taking a bit of rest from things here. I am around more lately, but it's been hard to focus for obvious reasons. Everyone please take care of yourself in this time.

It was more the vitals than the crit bonus I believe, that was the case for me anyways, largely due to vitals having a direct impact on pvp (even if its tiny or small enough to be imagined). I'm definitely on board the crit bonus train though. It feels very strange at the moment to not have any reason to level unless you can afford all five at once.

You may have noticed that Czixi and I have been sporadic to absent in the past week or so - unfortunately this is going to continue for an unknown amount of time. On Monday a member of my immediate family was rushed into hospital where they remain critically ill. Whilst it isn't covid-19, the lockdown makes this a terrible time to have a loved one in hospital.
I want you all to know that Orael and the volunteers in Havens have been absolutely incredible, and their support & hard work is making it possible for me to take the necessary time away from Lusternia. Thank you all, as ever, for being such a wonderful community of people to work for. I love you all very much, and the moments where I'm managing to be with all of you mean a great deal.

It's fair to say I -vastly- underestimated what was possible as far as essence gain. There are just so many exp buffs now, it's pretty amazing. If you keep most the buffs on all the time you can get some crazy high essence/day numbers. I'm not a fan of such a resource gulf between those who can afford the buffs and those who cannot, but agree with Orael the original numbers look fine.
- Permanence feels useless and should maybe come with level 101+ automatically, but it's not hurting anything.
- Transfer essence.. sure
- Crits and Weight seem out of place. After discussion with some others, the lack of progress/bonuses on each level is not fun. You have to wait 5 levels and then you can do a thing? We think making the crits/weight be passive/automatic gains on each newlevel is a better solution. Re-scale to whatever is fair.
- Racials seem lackluster. I doubt anyone is going to buy those, but again, not hurting anything by being an option.
- Damage/resist buffs, seems fine. I have some concerns about the resistance one for classes that don't damage kill, but probably fine?
- Regen buffs are imbalanced as is (see my previous post for more detail why), Orael is looking into those further! Yay!
- Vitals buffs seem fine.
Looking back through this thread and having tinkered with it some, these perk ideas seem like good additions (more ideas would be nice, thanks Kali and the rest for the ideas):
1 perk point - Leadership +5% increased gold, power, and experience while leading a squad, stacking with respect, aethersuit and commandant artifacts. Allows squad bonuses even at 1 squad member.

1 perk point - Domotheos - Faster stage 2 domoth claims (-10 minutes, 20% faster, or similar) , stacking with being a sealbearer/ascendant/TA. Remove essence drain in domoth realm (including stage 3 claim drain).
1 perk point - Crafty - lets you make trade items anywhere! No need to visit the workshops anymore.
