New Celest's Festival of Lights - The Masquerade (Now in Technicolor!)

So as everyone knows yesterday was the finale of the Festival of Lights! So many faces made it out to the Masquerade, and there were some beautiful encounters happening both from NPC and players. I'm glad I logged it (even though I DID miss the very beginning, when Gurashi and Xenthos arrived early). Excluded a ton of spammy eating and donning/doffing armor stuff. Enjoy!

Some context on Gurashi's end: @Gabe asked Gurashi last minute if he'd come and play music for the event, which he excitedly agreed to. Also, he made Bizirik a little domino mask to wear for the party, which he put on before he left.

I realized I was having trouble drawing Bizirik in different poses, so today was a fun study in greyhounds. No tracing, only referenced the images (I need to get better at drawing animals). Bizi!!

Equal quantities of fruit, oats and veggies produced this very Thayan-appropriate lovely:

Lazing about on her sugar dusted belly, a seal with wings with flower chains strung through gazes about with a contented smile on her face.

An undeniable air of majesty manages to fall from the somewhat crooked face of this enormous seal, her whiskered face always turned up into a goofy smile. Wide eyes gaze endearingly at her surroundings, somehow filled with curiosity and also appearing to be entirely vacant. The sounds of whispering winds dance around her sugar dusted body, drawing the eye and giving her a decidedly supernatural appearance. Along her cushy torso, wings with flower chains strung through occasionally give a mad wave as though clapping them together. A long tail trails behind her enormous girth, swishing back and forth idly. A multicoloured mark in the shape of the Glacier constellation sparkles clearly against her rump.
