Improving maps

i m playing with le Nexus Client.

is there a way to improve the Maps ingame (font, user maps ) ?

Can you make some notes on them (npc/potals)

Can you move the compas around ?

Just doing auctions more regularly would accomplish what you are looking for; when they are rare, it means that both old and new players still want the same stuff, but the old players have big stockpiles that have not been burned up due to lack of regular auctions on which to spend them.

The other option is to retire auctions entirely and make the arties available in the ashop so both old and new players have equal access.

I kind of like auctions myself, but I dislike how rare they are.

Aahhhhh yeah, I'm already tempering my expectations over winning some of the custom RP ones, knowing some older players are also interested... <_< But you are darn tootin' am gonna -try-. If they could also be bought via demi powers at any point.... I'd buy nothing else *laugh*

Also, I'm sorry if this has already been asked, but can you bid on behalf of another player? Or all biddings are for yourself only? (example:someone needs one of the trade tools v badly and I want to try to win it for them them cheaper than it would be to get at the arti shop)

No bidding for others. But for gold, since it requires gold on hand, you can just give the friend the gold.

Announce Post #3025: New Auction Artifacts

Hey Everyone,

I know there's been quite a bit of discussion and postulating about what the new artifacts do. It's been fun to watch but in order to help you plan which items you want to try and win the next month, we're going to give you the rundown now.

The Sempiternal Libram
This is simply a permanent scrollbook. It allows the user to read healing, protection, disruption or curses but never needs recharging.

Vellum Starchart
The starchart will make astrology users positive spheres 50% more effective and last 50% longer.

Piercing Eye
Allows you to pierce through those pesky Scroll of Laurels to see someone's full honours.

Gnomish Scentomatic 3000
The Scentomatic 3000 is latest in gnomish sniffing technology. By leaving this in a room, you can get reports about who it sniffs around in the area. It works the same as if you were scenting in the room.

Thinking Cap
The thinking cap allows one to hear others' thoughts while in the same room with them.
